Iron Ingots
Material Selection & Melting
We start with the careful selection of premium-grade iron scrap and alloying materials that meet strict metallurgical standards. These raw materials are melted in our dual 10-ton induction furnaces, ensuring a clean and precisely controlled melt. This process allows us to achieve uniform chemical composition and consistent quality across every batch, forming the foundation for strong and reliable ingots.

Casting & Solidification
Once the molten metal reaches the optimal composition, it is poured into durable metal molds designed to produce uniform ingot shapes. Our controlled casting process minimizes impurities, shrinkage, and internal stress, ensuring each ingot maintains structural integrity. The ingots are then allowed to cool naturally under monitored conditions, forming dense, solid metal blocks with excellent machinability and strength characteristics.
Inspection & Quality Control
After cooling, the ingots are carefully removed from the molds and undergo surface finishing to eliminate any casting residues or irregularities. Each ingot is then subjected to detailed inspection and testing to verify composition, hardness, and density. Only products that meet our stringent quality benchmarks are approved for delivery, ensuring our clients receive iron ingots that are consistent, durable, and ready for further processing or industrial use.

Satisfaction Guarantee
At Kethstone Foundry, we stand behind every iron ingot we produce. Our Satisfaction Guarantee ensures that each product meets or exceeds the agreed specifications for composition, density, and performance. Should any ingot not meet these standards, we act swiftly to provide replacements or adjustments. We take pride in maintaining long-term client relationships built on trust, reliability, and superior quality — ensuring that every ingot you receive contributes to efficient, high-performance production outcomes.
