Grinding Media
Alloy Preparation & Melting
The process begins with the selection of high-quality steel scrap and alloying elements designed to achieve exceptional hardness and durability. These materials are melted in our dual 10-ton induction furnaces, where temperature and chemical composition are precisely controlled. This ensures a clean, uniform melt that forms the foundation for consistent product performance.

Casting & Forming
Once the molten metal is ready, it is poured into precision-engineered metal molds that define the unique cylindrical shape of our grinding cylpebs. The controlled casting process ensures uniform density, accurate dimensions, and smooth surface finishes. After casting, the cylpebs are allowed to cool in a monitored environment to achieve the required microstructure and stability before further inspection.
Finishing & Quality Control
After solidification, the cylpebs undergo a finishing process to remove any surface imperfections and ensure consistent sizing. Each batch is then subjected to rigorous quality control checks, including hardness testing, dimensional verification, and metallurgical assessment. Only cylpebs that meet our strict specifications for strength and wear resistance are approved for delivery, ensuring exceptional grinding performance and longevity in every application.
